I think it´s an amazing and beautiful thing that the colors of the rainbow are directly aligned with the colors of the chakras. You know what the chakras are? Many people believe that inside our bodies, we each have these seven points that run up our spine, like vortices, and when they spin, they help to align us with the flow of life. And that we´re made up of something like 65% water, it´s like each of us is a walking rainbow.
When I think of conscious living, when I talk about what I call the Unbroken Path, that´s the alignment that I´m really talking about. Now a lot of people, don´t think it´s possible. They really believe that man is inherently flawed and is destined for eventual destruction. Screw that! I´ve seen enough people overcome their limitations to know that we can, have, and will achieve whatever we direct our attention toward. At the very least, we can have fun trying to make a better world.
I really believe we can reach that level of being where life no longer seems to be a burden, but a beautiful experience where as each day is filled with more gratitude, it is even more so filled with stuff to be grateful for. Of course, this is also coming from a guy whose list of heroes includes a piece of felt with a couple of ping pong balls.
